Step 1: Complete the form below and submit to link with the related travel policy
Please fill in the details of the first listed traveller (this is the first person identified on the Certificate of Insurance. This may be the person who purchased the travel insurance). If unsure, refer to your Certificate of Insurance. Click submit. We will then link your details with your policy and take you to step 2, to request your bank details.
